(a) Council deems it desirable to adopt a Public Records Policy attached to Resolution 08-01 as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference, to provide the City with established guidelines that will ensure openness to government, while allowing efficient operation under the law.
(b) The City Clerk shall be selected to serve as the designee of the City’s elected officials regarding Public Records training programs pursuant to Ohio R.C. 109.43(B).
