961.13 CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM.

This Title Six and the terms and conditions of any Certificate of Registration or Permit shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the substantive Laws of the State of Ohio. All Providers, as a condition for the grant of any Permit or issuance of any Certificate of Registration agree that all disputes shall be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction in Montgomery County, Ohio or as otherwise agreed to in writing by the City.
