960.02 SCOPE.

The provisions of this Title Six shall apply to all users of the Rights of Way as provided herein except as provided elsewhere in the Codified Ordinances of Union. To the extent that any provision in this Title Six conflicts with other provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Union, or provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, the provisions of this Title Six shall control.
