(a) The cost of each grave will be three hundred dollars ($300.00) for a resident and six hundred dollars ($600.00) for a nonresident.
(b) The cost to open and close said individual grave shall be four hundred dollars ($400.00) except after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. After 4:00 p.m. or on Saturdays the cost shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00). Sunday or holiday burials are not permitted. Cremation costs shall be one half the costs of a regular burial.
