The public parks and parklands shall be opened daily to the public as posted at each park. The park hours shall be from dawn to dark, except for lighted walkways. No person other than Municipal personnel within the scope of their employment, shall occupy the premises in any of the public parks and parklands during any hours in which such parks are not open to the public. Any section or part of any public park or parklands may be declared closed to the public by the Board of Park Trustees at any time and for any interval of time. Municipal personnel performing any maintenance within any public park or parklands may temporarily close such section or part of the public park or parklands to the public as may be necessary to perform such duties.
