951.11 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   No person or organization using the public parks and parklands of the Municipality shall engage in, aid, sponsor, or in any other way participate in any of the following prohibited activities within the public parks or parklands, except upon such special occasions as are specifically approved by the Board of Park Trustees and within the area designated by the Board of Park Trustees for such activities:
   (a)    Special activities including flying model airplanes, golf practice and ice skating.
   (b)    The driving or parking of any motorized vehicle except on a designated street, driveway or parking lot in such public parks and parklands.
   (c)   For the purpose of this section, a motorized vehicle shall include automobiles, and any and all motorbikes, motorcycles, snowmobiles, or any other similar type of vehicle propelled in any manner except solely by human power.
    (c)    The bringing of any dangerous animal into any public park or parklands or the possession of any dangerous animal thereon.
   (d)    Permitting any animal to be in any public park or parkland unless such animal is on a leash of not more than six feet in length.
   (e)    The conducting or engaging in any type of business, amusement for gain or other commercial enterprise or activity for profit in any public park or parklands of the Municipality or any public street, sidewalk or public area adjacent thereto without the express consent of the Board of Park Trustees and a concession contract with the Municipality or other written permit of approval of Council.
   (f)    Any activity which has been posted by the Board of Park Trustees as a prohibited activity such as but not limited to ball playing, running, ice skating, swimming, camping, bicycle riding, motorbike riding, driving vehicles, trespassing or similar activities. The posting of signs at the entrance to such area from a public right of way or at each end of the area posted from which the general public may enter without using or crossing private property for access shall be sufficient notice under this chapter.
