No person or organization using such parks and parklands shall either perform or permit to be performed any of the following acts without the express written consent of the Board of Park Trustees:
(a) Willfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper with, displace or remove any tree, bush, plant, building, bridge, table, bench, fireplace, railing, paving or paving material, waterline, or other public utility or parts of appurtenances thereof, sign, notice or placard whether temporary or permanent, monument, stake, post, or other boundary marker or other structure equivalent, facility or park property or appurtenance whatsoever, either real or personal.
(b) Throw, discharge or otherwise place or cause to be placed in the waters of any fountain, pond, lake, stream, bay or other body of water in or adjacent to any public park or parklands, or the tributaries, storm sewer, drain flowing into such water, any substance, matter or thing, liquid or solid, which will or may result in the pollution of such waters.
(c) Bring into any public park or parklands or dump, sit or leave any bottle, broken glass, ashes, paper, boxes, can, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage, or refuse, or other trash therein. No such refuse or trash shall be placed in any waters in or contiguous to any public park or parklands or left anywhere on the grounds thereof, except placed in proper receptacles which are provided for that purpose. Where no receptacles are so provided all such rubbish or waste shall be carried away and removed from the public parks and parklands by the persons responsible for its presence and properly disposed elsewhere.
(d) Disturb the peace or use of any profane, obscene, blasphemous language.
(e) Endanger the safety of any person by any conduct or act.
(f) Commit any assault, battery or engage in fighting.
(g) Carry, possess, or drink any alcoholic liquor or any alcoholic beverage of any alcoholic content in any public park or parkland.
(h) Prevent any person from using any park or any of its facilities.
(i) Swim or bathe in any waters or waterways in or adjacent to any park except in such waters and at such places as are provided therefor and in compliance with such regulations as may be hereafter adopted.
(j) Boating or canoeing.
(k) Hunting, trapping, chasing, harming or disturbing any animal, reptile or bird.
(l) Discharging any firearms, guns, firecrackers or any other explosive device.
(m) For anyone to paste, glue, tack or otherwise put any sign, placard, advertisement or inscription whatsoever, nor shall any person erect or cause to be erected any sign whatsoever on any public lands or highways or road adjacent to any public parks or parklands.
