All ordinances of the Municipality pertaining to police and sanitary regulations and matters including all provision of Part Five - General Offenses Code and all rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Park Trustees shall be applicable to lands owned and used by the Municipality beyond its corporate limits in the same manner and to the same extent as such ordinances, rules and regulations pertain to and are applicable to lands located within the corporate limits of the Municipality and the penalties for violation thereof shall be equally applicable and shall be enforced by the personnel of the Municipality in the same manner as to lands within the corporate limits of the Municipality.
