The Board of Park Trustees shall have the control, maintenance and supervision of the public parks and parklands of the Municipality. The Board of Park Trustees, with the approval of Council, may designate an employee of the Municipality to see to the operation and maintenance of the public parks and parklands and to see to the enforcement of all ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining thereto. Such employee shall perform such services as an additional duty and without additional compensation.
