If a permit is required, the utility company shall provide for written notice to the property owner and all property owners within 100 feet of the utility structures. The written notice may be hand-delivered or sent by ordinary mail. A Permit may not be issued until at least seven days after the written notice has been hand-delivered or mailed. If the Utility Structure does not require a Permit, then the utility company shall provide post-installation notification to the City Manager within thirty days.
