Any person, firm, corporation or other legal entity that violates or fails to comply with a provision of this chapter shall be prosecuted within the limits provided by state and local laws. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. Violations shall be classified as a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is subject to a maximum fine of $250.00 and jail time up to 30 days.
