921.99 PENALTY.
       (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
 
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 921.30 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
