That the rate for water consumed is to be charged at the following rates:
(a) A minimum service charge of $44.00 per quarter will be made within the City limits and $55.00 per quarter outside the City limits for having services available, effective March 1, 2023.
(b) In addition, the customer will be billed at the end of each quarter at a rate of one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per 1,000 gallons for actual water usage during the quarter inside the City limits and a rate of two dollars and twenty cents ($2.20) per 1,000 gallons for actual water usage during the quarter outside the City limits.
(c) For the purpose of this section, the minimum charge referred to in subsection (a) hereof shall be multiplied by the number of separate apartment or housekeeping units located therein serviced by the meter for any two-family dwelling or multi-family dwelling as defined in Section 1165.02(20) of the Planning and Zoning Code.
