(a) Water may be turned on only by an authorized employee of the Water Department, except that a licensed plumber may turn on the water for testing purposes; however, it shall be shut off again when through testing.
(b) Persons requesting a temporary suspension of water service (thirty days or more), shall be assessed a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) (to be paid when the request is made) for the turning off and turning on of the curb stop by City employees.
