921.22 PROPERTY OWNER TO PAY COST OF SERVICE CONNECTIONS.

All service connections of pipes for supplying water from mains must be installed at the expense of the property owner. Sizes of the pipe shall be three-fourths inch or larger, type K copper service pipe. Corporation cock, three-fourths inch or larger Mueller tapping thread to copper tubing flared connections shall be installed.
