Statements for water service will be rendered monthly on or about the first day of the billing month for the area as determined by the Manager. All statements rendered shall be payable within ten days after the first day of the month in which they are rendered. Thereafter the statements become delinquent and a ten percent (10%) penalty is automatically added to the bill. Service may be shut off without further notice. (Ord. 258. Passed 1-29-68.)
