921.08 RIGHT TO ENTER PREMISES.
   The Manager or his authorized agents may enter at all reasonable hours the premises to which service extends, for the purpose of reading, repairing, installing, removing and/or inspecting water meters, or for any other purpose deemed necessary to properly safeguard the interests of the Municipality and the consumer. When such access is refused, the water shall be immediately turned off and not turned on again until the request of the Manager has been complied with and an “off and on” charge of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) has been paid. The Manager may require the meter to be relocated in an approved location as the Manager directs at the expense of the owner. (Ord. 258. Passed 1-29-68.)
