Water mains may be shut off without notice. In case a break or breaks in mains, service, pumping machinery, reservoirs or other waterworks equipment, and/or for the purpose of tapping, extending, repairing, replacing or cleaning mains, the water supply may be shut off without notice and no claims will be considered for damage of any nature whatsoever arising from such action. Under ordinary conditions consumers will be notified.
