761.03 CLASSIFICATION AND DISTANCE RESTRICTIONS.
   (a)   No more than one classification of sexually oriented business can be operated in any one Permitted Premises.
 
   (b)   No person shall cause or permit the establishment of any sexually oriented businesses, as defined under this chapter except within a Planned Commercial District as defined in the Union Codified Zoning Ordinances. Nothing in this chapter requires the issuance of a zoning certificate for the issuance of a permit to operate a sexually oriented business. However, the Permitted Premises must be located in the Planned Commercial District. Any zoning requirements imposed by the City are independent of the requirements of this chapter. Further, no Permitted Premises of a sexually oriented business may be located within five hundred (500) feet of the Permitted Premises or, within five hundred (500) feet of the grounds of an agricultural district.
