557.05 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

The City of Union shall not be liable for any failure or neglect to respond appropriately upon receipt of an alarm from such a device or phone call from the emergency 9-1-1 system, nor for the failure of the transmission of alarm signals and pre-recorded alarm messages, or the relaying of such signals and messages.
