(a) No person shall discharge any air gun, air rifle, BB gun, bow arrow, crossbow arrow, slingshot, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other device capable of causing physical harm to persons or property within the corporate limits of the Municipality, except in those areas that are agricultural residential districts as defined in the Zoning Code of the City of Union.
(b) This section does not apply when firearms are used in self defense, in the discharge of official duty or when otherwise lawfully authorized.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
