§ 6.56.050 REGISTRATION.
   (A)   No person may sell, purchase, possess or bring cigarettes or tobacco products into the City as a distributor without first registering with the City. All businesses in the City holding a business license endorsement required by AS 43.70.075 shall register. The registration shall be on a form provided by the City and must include the information requested by the City.
   (B)   The registration required by this Chapter is in addition to any other registration or license required by law.
