§ 2.20.110 DUTIES OF THE SERGEANT AT ARMS AT CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   The Sergeant At Arms shall maintain order during City Council meetings at the direction of the Mayor. If Council members or meeting attendees are disruptive, the Sergeant may warn them and, in extreme cases, escort them out of the meeting. The Sergeant At Arms is also responsible for security during the meeting. The Chief of Police shall serve as the Sergeant At Arms during Council meetings.
