§ 2.44.100 OATH OF OFFICE.
   The following members of the Department of Public Safety will be required to take and sign an Oath of Office prior to assuming duties of the position:
   (A)   Chief of Police;
   (B)   Deputy Chief of Police;
   (C)   Police Officers; and
   (D)   Corrections Officers.
