§ 2.44.070 DUTIES OF THE DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE.
   Under the supervision of the Chief of Police, the Deputy Chief of Police shall have the following duties:
   (A)   Manage the budget, operation and personnel of the Division of Police Services;
   (B)   Direct and manage all activities of the Division;
   (C)   Direct and manage Animal Control;
   (D)   Report Division status and activities to the Chief of Police; and
   (E)   Perform other such duties as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of applicable Alaska Statutes and Alaska Administrative Code, or as required by the Chief of Police.
