§ 2.44.040 SUCCESSION TO THE CHIEF OF POLICE.
   Should the Chief of Police position become vacant or should the Chief of Police be absent or unable to perform the duties of the position, the order of interim succession of the Chief of Police shall be as follows:
   (A)   The Deputy Chief of Police; and
   (B)   The Police Sergeants in order of seniority.
