§ 11.24.070 NON-RETALIATION AND NON-DISCRIMINATION.
   No person or employer shall discharge, refuse to hire or in any other manner retaliate or discriminate against any employee, applicant for employment or customer because such employee, applicant for employment or customer requests compliance with any requirement of this chapter.
