§ 11.24.060 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke in any area where smoking is prohibited.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, manages, operates or otherwise controls the use of premises subject to this chapter to fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or to knowingly allow prohibited activity.
   (C)   Any person aggrieved by a violation or threatened violation of this chapter may bring a civil action against any person whose act or failure to act violates this chapter.
