(A) An Unalaska Register of Historic Places is hereby established to provide for public recognition of local cultural resources worthy of preservation.
(B) Criteria for selection and placement on and removal from the Register of Historic Places shall be set by resolution of the Historic Preservation Commission.
(C) Additions to or deletions from the Register of Historic Places must be requested in writing submitted to the Historic Preservation Commission by the owner of a majority interest in the property proposed to be added or deleted and approved by resolution of the City Council.
