The most current edition of the Uniform Fire Code published by the International Conference of Building Officials and the National Fire Protection Association shall regulate the fire safety for erection, design, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings, structures, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, electric conductors and equipment in the City of Unalaska, except those structures covered by the CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code (See § 17.28.010).
