The most current edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code published by the International Conference of Building Officials and the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials shall regulate the design, construction, installation, alteration, repairs, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of any heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration systems, incinerators and other miscellaneous heating-producing appliances within the City of Unalaska, except those structures covered by the CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code (See § 17.28.010).
