§ 17.08.010 APPLICABILITY OF ZONING AND BUILDING REGULATIONS TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
   No structure regulated by Title 8, Title 17, or other building code contained in this code of ordinances, including the Cross Connection Control Ordinances of Title 10, shall be erected by an employee or an agent of the city without having first been the subject of any required building or authorizing permit.
