§ 15.32.010 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   “Park,” as used in this chapter, includes any park, playground or water under the jurisdiction of the city.
   (B)   “Refuse,” as used in this chapter, means waste paper, cans, bottles, glass, scrap, picnic refuse, garbage and other waste matter.
