(A) ADDRESS - means a number in combination with a street name which defines the approximate location of a lot or structure on that street.
(B) LOT - means a parcel of land, no matter how legally described, whether by metes and bounds or by lot and block designation as in a recorded plat.
(C) RIGHT OF WAY - means a land reserved, used, or intended to be used for street, alley, walkway, or other public purposes including utilities.
