§ 14.12.040 EXCEPTIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to: any vehicle enclosed within a garage or other fully enclosed building on private property; any vehicle held in connection with a lawfully licensed business enterprise operating in compliance with the Unalaska zoning code; and historic vehicles registered under provisions of AS 28.10.181(b).
