§ 14.12.030 STORAGE OF JUNK VEHICLES DECLARED A NUISANCE.
   No person shall store or permit storage of any junk vehicle within the city. The presence of a junk vehicle is hereby declared a public nuisance and a threat to public health and safety which may be abated in the manner provided in Chapter 11.12 of this code.
