§ 14.08.070 PARENTAL AND GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY.
   No parent or guardian of any person under the age of 18 years shall:
   (A)   Knowingly allow said person to violate this chapter.
   (B)   Fail to take reasonable precautions to prevent the violation of this chapter by their child or guardian.
