§ 14.08.030 DEFACING, DESTROYING OR REMOVING TRAFFIC DEVICES.
   (A)   No person may deface, mutilate, tamper with, or destroy any traffic device.
   (B)   No person may remove any traffic device without the consent of the owner of such device.
