§ 14.04.050 PARKING, STANDING, STOPPING.

No person may park a vehicle upon a highway or municipal parking lot for the purpose of:

(A) Washing the vehicle if the person parking the vehicle is a dealer, agent, or employee of a garage, or filling station.

(B) Repairing or performing maintenance work on the vehicle except repairs or maintenance necessitated by an emergency.
