§ 13.24.060 MAGAZINE SECURITY.
   Magazines shall be at all times in the custody of a competent person who shall be at least 21 years of age and shall be held responsible for compliance with all safety precautions. An inventory of all explosive materials shall be kept on hand and current for each magazine.
