§ 13.20.050 PROSECUTION FOR VIOLATION; EVIDENCE.
   In a prosecution for a violation of this chapter, the presence of a child in an area or place described in this chapter and unattended by a parent or guardian shall be deemed prima facie evidence of violation of the provisions of this chapter.
