(A) A violation of any provision of this section is unlawful. Any person, firm, or entity violating any provision of this section is guilty of a minor offense and shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1.24.040 or if no fine is there established, in an amount not to exceed $500 for each violation or day a violation exists.
(B) In addition to any criminal fines that may be available or levied, the City Attorney may obtain a civil injunction or temporary restraining order to obtain immediate compliance with any provision of this chapter.
