§ 12.04.140 RECORDS.
   Accurate and detailed records shall be kept by the city as to:
   (A)   Licenses issued;
   (B)   Dogs impounded;
   (C)   Disposition of all animals into the custody of the Animal Control Officer;
   (D)   All bite cases reported; and
   (E)   All moneys received.
