§ 12.04.090 OTHER ANNOYANCES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall harbor or keep any animal or bird affected with a contagious or pestilential disease.
   (B)   No person shall harbor or keep any animal or bird which habitually howls, yelps, whines, barks, or makes other oral noises in such a manner as unreasonably to disturb others.
