A violation of any provision of this chapter is unlawful. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor offense and shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1.24.040 or if no fine is there established, in an amount not to exceed $500 for each violation or day a violation exists. In addition, the City Attorney may obtain a civil injunction or temporary restraining order to obtain immediate compliance with any provision of this chapter.
