§ 11.16.010 LITTER UNLAWFUL.
   It is unlawful for any person to do any of the following:
   (A)   Cause or allow litter to be collected, deposited or to remain in any place under his control;
   (B)   Throw or deposit litter in or upon any street, sidewalk or other public place except in public receptacles, in authorized private receptacles for collection, or in disposal areas designated by the municipality;
   (C)   Sweep into, or deposit in any gutter, street or other public place the accumulation of litter from any residence, building, or lot or from any public or private sidewalk or driveway.
   (D)   Drive or move any vehicle which is carelessly loaded, or not constructed to prevent its load, or litter on it, from falling upon any street, alley or public place.
   (E)   Throw or deposit litter on any private property, whether owned by the person or not.
