§ 11.12.140 LEGAL REMEDIES.
   The remedies provided for in this chapter shall be cumulative; in addition to other remedies or procedures provided in this and the previous chapter, a public nuisance may be restrained, enjoined or otherwise abated by the city in a civil action.
