(A) Generally. After any order of the abatement official or the Council shall have become final no person to whom any such order is directed shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey any such order. Any such person who fails to comply with any such order shall be punished as provided in § 1.24.010.
(B) Failure to obey order. If, after any order of the abatement officer or Council has become final, any person to whom such order is directed fails, neglects or refuses to obey such order, the abatement official may:
(1) Cause such person to be prosecuted under subsection (A) of this section; or
(2) Institute any appropriate action to abate such public nuisance; or
(3) Do both (1) and (2).
