§ 11.08.030 WASTE DISCHARGE RESTRICTIONS.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to discharge, dump, or throw any garbage, refuse, debris of any kind, or waste products of any kind into the waters of Iliuliuk Bay, Dutch Harbor, or Iliuliuk Harbor; nor shall any vessel pump its bilges containing any oil and/or gasoline in the waters of Iliuliuk Bay, Dutch Harbor, or Iliuliuk Harbor.
