(A) Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter shall be served by the city with an abatement notice and order in the manner set forth in § 11.12.030 and shall be subject to the abatement process described in that chapter. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The offender may also immediately be cited for a violation of § 11.08.010.
(B) The abatement official may summarily abate any violation of this chapter if he determines that the violation constitutes a clear and present danger to the public health.
(C) Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall subject the violator to the penalties as provided in § 11.08.010(B).
(D) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the City by reason of such violations.
